Enforex student residences, like all Valencia ccommodations, are located at a maximum of 20-30 minutes from the Spanish school. Depending on the type of residence available, you will live with other Enforex students or with local and international university students.

You may choose between a single or double room, as well as between half board (breakfast & dinner) and full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Access to a private bathroom may be possible, but there are very few available.

Enforex Valencia has 3 different types of student residences to accommodate our Spanish school students:

Family-Style Student Residences

Family-Style Residences are small residences run by a family. The average number of rooms is 5 or 6, and in most cases the student rooms are located in a different part of the house. The family is in charge of cooking for the students, who may have meals together with the family or in a separate dining room.

Enforex Student Residences

These residences are much smaller (8 to 25 students) and are shared by international students. It is similar to a shared student apartment, but here you can opt for half or full board as well as have your clothes washed once a week

University Campus Student Residences

These student residences are big (from 35 to 150 students) and mainly house Spanish university students. Due to the academic schedule and the nature of these student residences, the university residences in Seville tend to be available only in the summertime. Therefore, while we cannot guarantee your placement in these residences, we will certainly do our best!
